Bio: Cynthia Padilla






Cynthia Padilla, Botanical Art/Field Sketching/Natural Science  Illustration, teaches all aspects of the art form to major museums, prestigious universities, art centers, and botanical gardens and arboreta across the United States, Canada and Central America. Sought for book reviews, workshops, exhibition and curatorial opportunities and travel leader on sketching tours.

She has sketched rare orchids in Thailand, wandered abandoned courtyards in India, and sat quietly in the Central American rain forests (her ancestral home) documenting its natural beauty.
